View of the Pont d'Arcole and the Hôtel-de-Ville in Paris, with a boat on the Seine. The front features a bilingual legend in French and English about the history of the bridge. The reverse shows a handwritten letter dated August 28, 1935, addressed to Antoinette Boitlin in Charnières, with a 20-centime postage stamp and a Paris R.P. (Rue de la Paix) postmark.
