On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated April 23, 1951, sent from Paris to Madame Dufort in Vantoux, mentioning a trip to Paris and a dinner at the restaurant L'Épingle. Blue 2-franc stamp and postmark 'PARIS 25 RUE DANTON'.
