View of Paris City Hall and the Pont d'Arcole, with a handwritten inscription 'Je vous embrasse' and a signature 'G. Lefranc'. The reverse has a handwritten address to 'Mademoiselle Germaine Martin, chez son papa et sa maman, Malo-les-Bains Nord', a 1904 5-centime postage stamp, and a postmark from Malo-les-Bains dated 26 June 1910.
