View of the façade of Paris City Hall on the quay, reconstructed after 1871 by architects Ballu and Perithes. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to Monsieur Delomay, 1st Engineers at Bessines, with a postmark from Algiers dated July 12, 1914.
