Description

Postcard showing the Temple of Glory in Paris, with printed text at the bottom describing its history: started in 1774, halted by the Revolution, resumed by Napoleon, and opened in 1843. The pediment is attributed to Lemaire and the doors to Triqueti. Back: blank postcard with space for address and message, printed 'POSTCARD' at the top, and a watermark.
