View of the neoclassical façade of the Madeleine in Paris, with its Ionic columns and sculpted pediment, framed by trees and animated by 1920s automobiles. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated December 21, addressed to 'Mon Cher Ami', and a French postmark with cancellation.
