Description

Black and white view of a gargoyle (called 'Strige') on the roof of a Parisian building, with the city in the background. The reverse bears a handwritten address to 'Madame Jean Duquesne, 7 rue Nauveter, Saint-Jean-de-Luz', a 12-centime postage stamp, and a Paris postmark of 27 February 1952.
