Description

Aerial view of a Parisian street flooded and devastated by the storm of June 15th, with significant damage to the railway tracks and pedestrians under umbrellas. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Madame Mousty at the Hôtel de la Tairix in Mont-Oré, dated June 23, 1914, with a 5-centime green stamp and a cancellation mark from Puy-de-Dôme.
