View of the facade of Notre-Dame in Paris in June 1911, with a large central rose window and Gothic towers. The reverse features handwritten correspondence addressed to Monsieur Bouvier at the Hôpital de Villeurbanne (Rhône), with a French postmark from 1911 and a Lyon postmark.
