Postcard showing the large clock sculpted by Germain Pilon at the Palais de Justice in Paris, adorned with sculptures of Justice and a royal crest. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Labéda in Port-Vendres, with two 5-centime green stamps and a Toulouse cancellation stamp dated April 13, 1909.
