Monumental statue of Strasbourg on the Place de la Concorde in Paris, adorned with garlands and heraldry, with a 10-centime French postage stamp. Reverse: handwritten correspondence dated May 22, 1908, addressed to Monsieur Moullier, officer in the 37th Infantry Regiment in Nancy, with a message of wishes for Mother's Day.
