View of the Palace of Peace in The Hague (Vredespaleis), an imposing neo-Gothic building with a central tower and clock, surrounded by gardens. Reverse: postcard sent from The Hague on December 3, 1912, stamped with a Dutch red postage stamp, with a handwritten letter to Monsieur Louis Rivière in Paris, Grand Hôtel Vicq d'Alibert, Cantal, and a postmark of 'Wecenem, Den Haag'.
