Panoramic view of the village of Penne in Lozère, with its houses perched on a rocky promontory overlooking a valley where a river flows and where there is a bridge. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 23/8/28 addressed to Monsieur Jenlié in Toulouse, accompanied by a green 10-centime stamp and a cancellation from Penne dated August 23, 1928.
