Description

Statue of the Virgin with Child crowned, viewed from the back, with two children in period costume standing at her feet. On the reverse, a French 85-centime stamp (Marinée, 1951), circular postmark 'LES AÎFES PITTORESQUES N.D. de la SALETTE (Isère)', and handwritten inscription 'Bon souvenir de voyage' for Mrs. and Mr. Rillier in Ain, sent by Marthe and Simone Chulilla.
