Stone commemorative monument at the center of a wooded square, surrounded by a fence and a few children, with horse-drawn carts in the background. On the reverse, a French postmark from 1892, a Paris dispatch stamp, handwritten message 'Bons baisers à tous' and address to Mrs. and Mr. Baron at Pont-Rousseau, Poitou.
