Pre-printed Australia Post postcard illustrating the Waratah (Telopea speciosissima), the emblematic flower of New South Wales since 1962, with descriptive text on the reverse. Mailed from Orange (NSW) to the Department of Veterans' Affairs in Sydney on 17 February 1983, with a 27c stamp and postmark. The reverse indicates the recipient's address, Dr C. Lee, and mentions the designer Paul Jones.
