Scene of a public spring in Vichy, under an ornate wrought-iron kiosk, with a crowd of men and women in period attire. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Falbe in Draguignan, with a green 5-centime postage stamp and a Vichy postmark dated 16/12/1915.
