Description

View of the Town Hall in Reims, an imposing building with a clock tower, on a lively square with a few pedestrians. On the reverse, a postcard with handwritten text addressed to Madame Gallien in Paris 18th arrondissement, and a note stating that the correspondence was not accepted by foreign countries on the front.
