Black and white view of the Gothic facade of Reims Cathedral, with its two towers, rose window, and vintage cars in the foreground. Reverse: handwritten letter dated July 2, 1949, sent from Reims to Silverdale, England, with a 15-centime stamp and a postmark from Reims. The publisher A. Quentinet is mentioned at the bottom left.
