View of the Gate of Mars in Reims, a Gallo-Roman triumphal arch dated to the 4th century, surrounded by trees and bushes. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Grégoire in Chatellat-sur-Marne, with a 20-centime French postage stamp and a postmark from Reims dated 6-9-32.
