View of the Gothic facade of the Church of Notre-Dame in Nice, with its two towers, large stained-glass window, and a horse-drawn carriage in front. The back details its history: the building began in 1864, completed in 1868, inspired by the church of Saint-Serge in Angers, and dedicated as a 'forward sentinel' to protect the city. Text printed by Édito-Service S.A. and postmark 'L'Aurore' by Émile Sola.
