Description

View of the Porte-Maillot station in Paris, with pedestrians and a cyclist in a lively street. The station building is adorned with a clock and inscriptions. On the reverse, a historical text explains the importance of the gate and station, mentioning their inauguration in 1837 and 1839, as well as their management by the Western Railway Company. The reverse also features a Paris, Ile-de-France postal stamp dated June 11, 1933, and a postmark.
