Description

Black and white panoramic view of the village of Rocamadour, nestled on a rocky promontory, with its houses and buildings perched above. Printed text at the bottom: '32 ROCAMADOUR — General View (west side) — LL'. Reverse: handwritten message dated August 10, 1927, 'Affectionate memories' from the sender to Madame Fostier in Paris, and a red 40-centime stamp canceled 'LIMOGES' at the top right.
