Description

View of the monumental entrance to the Maritime Prefecture in Rochefort-sur-Mer, adorned with the inscriptions 'LIBERTÉ ÉGALITÉ FRATERNITÉ' and the coat of arms. Several people, adults and children, are gathered in front of the arch. The back has a handwritten address to Michelin in Vendée, a green postage stamp and a circular cancellation of Rochefort-sur-Mer dated 30 June 1906.
