View of the Rouen Stock Exchange, an imposing building with a sculptural group of the Dome attributed to R. Veflet, under a cloudy sky. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence in cursive script from around 1920, addressed to Mrs. and Mrs. Daquul in Gruyères, with a personal note from Marcel Raitre in Rouen.
