View of the Tour Jeanne-d'Arc in Rouen, a cylindrical brick tower with a conical roof, framed by a metal grille. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Largenue, with a 1 franc 20 stamp from the 'Léon Gambetta' series and a postmark from Rouen-Gare dated October 20th, 1944. The publisher is 'Édition La Cigogne'.
