Engraving showing the Rouen Town Hall, whose façade was visible on the rue de la Grosse-Horloge before its disappearance. The reverse indicates that construction began in 1607 but was never completed, and mentions the publisher Girieu, Rouen. Printed text on the reverse specifies that the municipality occupied it until the Revolution.
