Description

View of the Great Clock in Rouen, with its Gothic style (1390–1397), the arcade dated 1511 and the fountain from 1731. The reverse presents a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Germaine de l'Enferna in Paris, with a 15-centime postage stamp and a French postal cancellation.
