Description

View of the Quai de Paris in Rouen, with the Notre-Dame cathedral in the background and buildings along the Seine. The reverse bears a handwritten letter dated December 4, 1918, sent to Madame la Rougefosse in Amilly (Loiret), with a 5-centime stamp and a Rouen postmark.
