Description

View of the fortified church of Royat, built in the 11th century to resist incursions by the Counts of Auvergne, attached to an ancient fortified castle. Reverse: handwritten text describing the building, addressed to 'Monsieur Michel Bernard, 15, av. Louis Barthou, Permes (I. et V.)', and a postmark dated 24/5/1974.
