Panoramic view of Royat-les-Bains taken from the viaduct, showing a sloping street lined with trees and buildings, with a factory marked 'CHALE DES EAUX MINERALES' at the bottom left. The reverse has handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame V. Mascelle in Suresnes, a 25-centime stamp, and a cancellation from Royat.
