Soviet postcard dated 1960, franked with two stamps: a pink one with a star and another commemorative stamp marking 40 years of the USSR Republic. The reverse indicates the recipient's address in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, and the return address to V.P. Shkilev in Kiryevsk, Tula Oblast, USSR, with a handwritten date of 1966. The postmark bears the Moscow post office cancellation.
