Description

Commemorative postcard of the Day of the First Tour, illustrated with an artistic motif featuring a palette and brushes, published by the Ministry of Posts of the USSR in 1981. 20 kopecks stamp depicting the ship « Krasin », postmarked in Tbilisi in 1976. Handwritten address in Yugoslav to Belgrade, with return to Bryansk, USSR. The reverse indicates the publisher and number 862.
