Description

Soviet postal envelope dated 1958, franked with two commemorative stamps: one for the 20th Congress of the Soviet Communist Party and another for the 1858th anniversary of the publication of the magazine 'Sélema Laperle'. The handwritten address in Cyrillic and Latin script indicates a recipient in Belgrade, Yugoslavia. A circular postal stamp and a blue sticker 'AVIA PAR AVION' are visible.
