View of the Barracks in Saint-Cloud, an imposing building located on the banks of the Seine, with a passenger boat navigating below. The back has a handwritten address to M. Alexandre, 3 Rue Garanciere, Paris, and a correspondence in cursive script. A green 10-centime stamp is affixed, postmarked with a circular stamp from Saint-Cloud, Seine, dated 1913.
