Black and white view of the covered Gothic arcades of the town hall of Saint-Quentin, with ornate columns and a suspended street lamp. On the back, a postcard sent on 28 June 1905, with a green stamp and a Saint-Quentin cancellation mark, addressed to Madame M. Dumper in Oigny (Aisne).
