View of a Roman monument in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, dating back to the 1st Century of Augustus, with a monumental arch and a tower on the left. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated July 23, 1937, sent from Marseille Station, addressed to Paul Barre in Sans-Su-Pins, with a 30-centime postage stamp and a cancellation mark 'Marseille-Gare - Basses du Rhône'.
