View of the City Hall in Soissons, with a monumental entrance adorned with a coat of arms and flanked by lampposts, in front of which stands a group of soldiers in uniform and a child. On the reverse, a postcard dated February 20, 1905, sent to Madame Mony in Cauxures-et-Halsery, with a red 1903 stamp and a cancellation mark from Soissons.
