View of the monument to General Count Lebvre, who died at sea in 1832, erected by his widow to prevent shipwrecks. The card shows an obelisk topped with a cannon, surrounded by a fence, in front of a timber-framed house. The reverse indicates the publisher G.F. Le Havre, correspondence dated August 13, 1923, to Paris, and a 10-centime green stamp postmarked in Le Havre.
