Description

View of an old timber-framed house in Strasbourg, with slate roof and ornate facade with carved motifs. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated October 28, 1919, sent to Madame G. Potetno in Paris, describing the house converted into a restaurant and mentioning the crossing of the Vosges. Postage stamp of 15 centimes and Strasbourg postmark.
