Description

View of the Chapel Bridge in Lucerne with the Water Tower in the foreground, on the shores of the lake. The reverse indicates a delegates' assembly of transport associations in Switzerland on June 8 and 9, 1913, with a Helvetia stamp and a cancellation from Gif-sur-Yvette. The postmark is addressed to Madame E. Oekerman in Geneva, with a signature from Paul Trachsel and a handwritten note: 'De nouveau bon ! seul héliotrope, mais seul !!!'.
