Black and white view of a winding road snaking through the steep gorges of the Durolle, bordered by dense vegetation. The printed text indicates the publisher G. d'O. L'Auvergne and the series number 243. On the reverse, a handwritten correspondence addressed to Paris, mentioning a hotel in Thiers and an address in Paris (18th arrondissement) for M. Louis Hamel, with a note on the Hotel Favant and the Hotel Montreuil.
