Description

View of the Château de Thouars, built in 1635 by Marie de La Tour d'Auvergne, became state property in 1789 and is now the Central House. Printed text on the front indicates the history of the castle. Back: postcard sent to Melle Marie Brundeau in Pougues, with a 15-centime green stamp and a postmark from Thouars dated August 15, 1905.
