Description

Aerial view of a lively market in Toulouse, with trams and tents, at the foot of the arcades of the Capitole and the spires of Sernin and the Taur. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated July 23, 1949, sent to Monsieur and Madame Lepin in Dinard, with a 12-centime French postage stamp and a cancellation mark from Toulouse.
