View of the Boulevard de Strasbourg in Toulouse, with the imposing building of the Mutuelle Lyonnaise and the Cristal Palace. The reverse bears a handwritten letter dated 19 April 1932, sent from Toulouse to Saint-Brieuc, with a blue 40-centime stamp and an optional 24-hour stoppost cancellation.
