View of the Capitol in Toulouse, an imposing classical-style building with colonnades and balustrades. Printed text at the bottom: 'I. TOULOUSE — The Capitol'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Monsieur Marie Joseph' in Luxe, with a note: 'We arrive tonight by the same train as in Paris, georgette, we will stay in Toulouse at noon, 4 p.m. today.' French 10-centime postmark canceled.
