View of the Capitole of Toulouse with its imposing building and tower, surrounded by trees and a small basin. On the reverse, a handwritten humorous message: 'It's hot! Many greetings to the comrades!' signed 'Séguy', addressed to Mlle M. Poupon at the Prefecture of CHM in Saint-Brieuc. Postmark of 12F 'Porte de France' from Vaucouleurs, cancellation Toulouse 10-1-37.
