View of the Town Hall in Tours, southwest side, with its ornate façade and bell tower, dated around 1915. The reverse features a handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Girard in Saint-Aubin-le-Elberf, with a stamp and a cancellation from Tours, Indre-et-Loire, dated 3 August 1915.
