View of the Saint-Gatien Cathedral in Tours, with inscription indicating that the southern tower was started in 1170 and completed in 1547, measuring 69 m, and the northern tower 70 m. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 8, 1917, addressed to Madame Lafay in Paris, mentioning a return to Tours and a departure for Paris.
