View of the Town Hall in Tours, an imposing building with its tower and ornate façade, dated around 1908. On the reverse, handwritten message 'Good health' signed 'Fernand' addressed to 'Monsieur Jean Sept' in Barbance, with a postage stamp from Saint-Georges-sur-Loire dated 14/08/1925.
